The Show


The Show is the annual fashion event held by the Fashion Graduates of Kwantlen Polytechnic University. The end product of this project consisted of a set of posters, ticket design, program booklet, VIP tags, and website. The look and feel was inspired by classic and bold fabric prints (herringbone, checkers, houndstooth) which spoke fashion without being too literal.


Spin 88.9FM


Spin 88.9FM is Vancouver’s newest top 40′s radio station. The goal was to express the youthful spirit and playful qualities generally associated with this genre of music.


Toe Shoes


Toe is a men’s and women’s shoe company that offers footwear primarily produced from recycled materials such as rubber and leathers. The goal of the project was to develop a brand that captures Toe’s eco-friendly philosophy as well as their edgier shoe styles.


Era Hotel


Era Hotel is a budget boutique hotel located in Vancouver that caters to cash-conscious urban travellers. The challenge was to design approachable items keeping in mind production costs. The raw feel of the materials used, pared down colours and play with type create a casual and welcoming personality..


Orchard Boutique


Orchard is a Victoria-based one off women’s wear clothing boutique that needed a contemporary, fresh identity to reflect its youthful clientelle. The store plays with the name orchard using fruits in its primary brand pattern.


Take a Closer Look


Initial poster design concept for Kwantlen’s 2010 Degree Show. The use of bug patterns were intended to be of intrigue and persuade the viewers to “Take a Closer Look.”


Jo + Dave


Our wedding stationery suite was designed to exude cheerfulness and a fun presence through the use of colour, simplicity, and illustrations. We wanted our stationery to represent our non-traditional, laid back personalities as well as the the casual nature of the big day. The stationery set includes a invitation, map, RSVP postcard, and bellyband. Also created for the event were place cards, escort board, guestbook postcards, and table numbers.
